Back at the house, you'll find a spacious yard with a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs — the perfect spot to gather and roast marshmallows under the stars. Challenge your crew to a game of ping pong, cornhole, or giant Jenga, or enjoy a meal on the outdoor dining table that cleverly converts into a shuffleboard and mini bowling setup. Need a moment of calm? Roll out a yoga mat on the deck, relax on the tree swing, or listen to the wind chimes while perched on the peaceful bench under the shade of our favorite tree. <br><br> Indoor Fun ~ Rain or shine, there's always something to do. Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cozy gathering spaces throughout the home make it easy to settle in and unwind. <br><br> The Area ~ Bliss on the Bay is located in the quiet and charming town of Scotland, MD - just around an hour and forty-five minutes hours from Washington, D.C., but it feels like a world away. One mile up the road, you’ll find Point Lookout State Park, a beautiful historic area with multiple beaches (including a dog beach!), hiking trails, a Civil War museum, and some of the best crabbing, birdwatching, and kayaking in the region. Looking to get on the water? You can kayak or paddleboard right from our beach, or launch out and head down the Bay.
